Osho® Active Meditation
Movement Meets Stillness for Inner Freedom

Osho® Active Meditations offer a refreshing, powerful way to experience stillness, especially for those who find it difficult to simply sit and be quiet. These practices begin with movement, breath, sound, and expression, allowing the body to release what it’s holding so that the mind can naturally settle into silence. They are dynamic, liberating, and deeply healing, a reset for your entire being.

At Nihshreyasa, we offer a range of Osho® meditations, each designed to touch a different layer of your inner world:

Osho® Dynamic Meditation: An energetic, transformative journey of intense breathing, expressive release, movement, and stillness. It breaks through old patterns and helps you access a profound inner silence.

Osho® Nadabrahma Meditation: A gentle, humming-based practice where sound and subtle movement bring your energies into harmony and leave you feeling centered and calm.

Osho® Kundalini Meditation: Built on shaking, dancing, and stillness, this meditation helps loosen emotional and energetic blockages and awakens a sense of aliveness within you.

Osho® Nataraj Meditation: A joyful, immersive dance into surrender — where free movement melts into effortless presence.

These meditations are especially supportive if you struggle with traditional seated practices or if your body and mind feel restless, tense, or overloaded. Through movement, expression, and guided stillness, they help release stress, uplift your energy, and bring you into a state of relaxed awareness.

Step into movement. Step out renewed.

Important Note on Participation

Osho® Active Meditations are active and experiential practices that may involve intense breathing, physical movement, emotional expression, sound, and deep inner awareness. While they are deeply transformative, they are not passive or purely relaxation-based.

For the safety and well-being of all participants, attendance is subject to signing a mandatory waiver and health declaration form prior to participation. This confirms that participants understand the nature of the meditation and take full responsibility for their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being during the practice.

Participation is voluntary, and individuals are encouraged to listen to their bodies and rest or step out whenever needed.
