Cancellation and Refund Policy (July 2025)
This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for services offered by Nihshreyasa Holistic Wellness Studio, including but not limited to:
- Yoga Asanas
- Guided Meditation
- OSHO Active Meditation
- Meditation Coaching
- Sound Bath
- Sound Healing
- Wellness Workshops
By booking or participating in our services, you agree to this Policy, which forms part of our Terms and Conditions. We may update this Policy periodically, and changes take effect once published on our website.
1. Non-Membership Single Sessions
Applies to individual session bookings (outside of a membership):
- Cancellations Before 2 Hours
Full refund to the original payment method. Processed within 10 business days (banking delays may apply).
- Cancellations Within 2 Hours or No-Shows
No refund applicable.
- Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session up to 2 hours before the start time, subject to availability.
2. Membership Plans
For participants enrolled in a membership plan:
- Session Cancellations
Cancel at least 30 minutes before the session to avoid penalty.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a 1-day reduction from your membership validity.
- Membership Cancellation
Cancel within 24 hours after attending your first session to receive a refund minus a 20% cancellation fee.
No refunds after this 24-hour window. Refunds processed within 10 business days.
- Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled up to 30 minutes prior to the start time, subject to availability.
3. Wellness Workshops
Applies to in-person or online workshops:
- Cancellations Before 12 Hours
Eligible for a full refund, processed within 10 business days.
- Cancellations Within 12 Hours or No-Shows
No refund applicable.
- Rescheduling
You may request a reschedule at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.
4. Meditation Coaching Programs
For multi-session personalized coaching:
- Program Cancellation
Cancel within 24 hours after the first session to receive a refund, minus a INR 3,000 cancellation fee.
No refunds for cancellations after this window.
- Rescheduling
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled up to 6 hours in advance, based on mutual availability.
5. Cancellations by the Studio
If we cancel any session, workshop, or coaching due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability, natural disasters, or facility issues):
- Refund Option
A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Reschedule Option
Alternatively, we’ll offer you the chance to reschedule to a future date, subject to availability.
- Notification
Cancellations will be communicated promptly via email or website announcements.
6. General Provisions
- How to Cancel or Reschedule
Email your request to: social@nihshreyasa.com with your name and booking details.
- Refund Method
All refunds are issued to the original payment method and are non-transferable.
- No Cash Refunds
Refunds will not be issued in cash, even for cash payments, unless legally required.
- Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after cancellation approval. Processing delays may occur due to third-party payment providers.
7. Exceptions
In cases of documented medical emergencies or other unforeseen serious situations, exceptions may be granted.
