As you lie down comfortably, the practitioner weaves together a carefully attuned soundscape using instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, gong, chimes, drum, and tuning forks. Each instrument is chosen intentionally to resonate with your current needs.

Rather than requiring effort or analysis, a sound bath works through vibration. The frequencies move through and around the body, gently influencing the nervous system, breath, and subtle energy field.
