Hatha-Yoga
Multistyle Yoga
Ground your body. Calm your mind. Awaken presence.

Explore different traditions of yoga through movement, breath, stillness, and awareness.

Our Multistyle Yoga sessions at Nihshreyasa bring together different traditional approaches to yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa Krama, Ashtanga, and Yin Yoga. Each session offers a different way of working with the body, breath, and mind, allowing you to experience the varied dimensions of yoga.

Depending on the session, you may explore the steady and mindful practice of Hatha Yoga, the breath led sequences of Vinyasa Krama, the dynamic and structured practice of Ashtanga, or the slower, contemplative approach of Yin Yoga.

Rather than following one fixed style, Multistyle Yoga allows you to experience different practices while developing a deeper understanding of your body, breath, movement, and awareness.

What You May Explore

Each session may include one of the following styles:

Hatha Yoga
Steady postures, breath awareness, alignment, and periods of stillness.

Vinyasa Krama
Progressive, breath coordinated sequences that build gradually towards a deeper practice.

Ashtanga Yoga
A dynamic and structured practice combining breath, movement, strength, flexibility, and concentration.

Yin Yoga
Longer held, supported postures that invite stillness, relaxation, and deeper body awareness.

A Different Practice Each Time

One of the unique aspects of Multistyle Yoga is that every session may offer a different experience. This gives you an opportunity to explore various approaches to yoga rather than committing to just one style.

Some days may invite you to move with greater energy and focus. On others, you may slow down, hold space for stillness, and turn your attention inward.

The intention remains the same: to use yoga as a way to develop greater awareness of the body, breath, and mind.

FAQ
I find it hard to slow down or stay present, will this still work for me?

This practice is especially helpful for those who struggle to slow down or have a restless mind. Through gentle movement, breath awareness, and guided stillness, you’ll gradually train your body and mind to settle, even if it doesn’t happen right away. Consistency over perfection is key.

What should I wear and bring to a session?

Wear comfortable, stretchable clothing that allows free movement. Yoga mats are available at the studio.
