In this workshop, we explore how ancient wisdom can help you achieve sustainable health and balance. This session dives deep into the root causes of weight gain, focusing on key imbalances in the body and how they can be corrected through Ayurveda.

We begin by understanding how Ayurveda perceives weight gain beyond just calorie intake. The session will cover common factors such as inflammation, hormonal imbalances, insulin resistance, and thyroid disorders, all of which play a crucial role in how the body stores or sheds weight. Each of these aspects will be discussed in detail, offering insights into how they affect metabolism and overall well being.

A significant part of this workshop will focus on exercise according to your body type. In Ayurveda, movement is not a one size fits all approach. You will learn how to tailor your physical activity based on your unique constitution — Vata, Pitta, or Kapha — to enhance fat loss while maintaining energy balance.

Nutrition is another essential pillar of Ayurveda, and we will explore plating according to your body type. Understanding how to structure your meals in alignment with Ayurvedic principles can significantly impact digestion, metabolism, and sustained weight management. You will discover which foods work best for your constitution and how simple dietary shifts can bring lasting results.

Weight loss is not just about diet and exercise. It is also deeply connected to emotional well being. We will delve into stress management techniques, including Ayurvedic practices that help balance the nervous system, reduce emotional eating, and promote overall harmony.

The session will conclude with an interactive Q and A. This workshop is designed for anyone looking for a holistic, sustainable, and natural approach to weight loss, helping you align with your body’s innate intelligence for lasting health and vitality.
