27th Dec, Saturday, 10 am to 1 pm
A morning dedicated to putting a pause in our busy lives and doing everything mindfully, with complete presence, in silence.
WHAT IS MINDFULNESS?
Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment. The key element here is to become aware of the auto-pilot mode we run our lives in and consciously stay in the moment. Our day of mindfulness would allow us to step into a space of slowing down with complete awareness, attention and acceptance. (The three As of mindfulness)
The program is designed in a away that we spend our morning in silence and break the silence at the end for sharing and discusson. Idea is to be aware of who we are, and stay in the awareness for the complete day and more. In calm mindfulness.

Neha Celly is a Holistic Yoga Educator (RYS500) who practices and teaches Asana (postures), Dhyana (meditation), Darshana (philosophy), and Nada Yoga (meditation through sound).
Her entry into the world of Yoga was through the scriptures - texts that continue to anchor and shape her personal practice. Rooted in the belief that mindful living is a lifelong discipline, she is committed to sharing Yoga in the way it was traditionally understood and lived in India.
For Neha, Yoga has always been an inward journey. Unlike the modern emphasis on physical poses, the traditional practice centered on deep scriptural study, meditation, and breathwork, allowing inner transformation to unfold naturally. She specializes in guiding students back to these foundational, contemplative roots, emphasising that physical postures serve merely as gateways to deeper self-inquiry and stillness.
Her sessions weave together Hatha and Restorative approaches, grounded in the philosophy that ancient yoga was a path of awakening consciousness through concentration (Dharana) and meditation (Dhyana). Breathwork (Pranayama) forms a central part of her teaching, serving as the bridge between body and mind and inviting students to use their time on the mat to listen, observe, and connect with their inner being.
Neha’s intention is to help students shift from simply doing yoga to truly being yoga - embodying the practice with presence, awareness, and authenticity.
