Personal Mindfulness Coaching

What the 5-Week Program Includes

Weekly Coaching Sessions

Personalized Daily Practices

Sound Bath Integration (Kochi Participants)

For participants based in Kochi, the 5-Week program also includes two sound bath sessions designed to deepen relaxation and support the integration of your meditation practice.

Sound bath works directly with the nervous system, helping the body move into a state of deep rest where meditation can unfold more naturally.

  • Group Coaching participants will experience two group sound healing sessions.
  • Personal Coaching participants will receive two private sound healing sessions.

These sessions help deepen the meditative experience and support emotional balance and inner calm.
