Group Mindfulness Coaching at Nihshreyasa offers a supportive and enriching way to explore meditation within a small group of like-minded individuals.

Weekly Group Coaching Sessions

For participants based in Kochi, the 5-week journey includes two immersive group sound bath sessions held at the Nihshreyasa space.
These sessions offer a deeply relaxing meditative experience through therapeutic sound vibrations using instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and other meditative sound instruments.
