What the 5-Week Journey Includes

Weekly Group Coaching Sessions

Participants meet for a 120-minute live online session each week.

These sessions are designed as circle-style gatherings, allowing space for learning, practice, and reflection.

Two Group Sound Healing Sessions (For Kochi Participants)

For participants based in Kochi, the 5-week journey includes two immersive group sound healing sessions held at the Nihshreyasa space.

These sessions offer a deeply relaxing meditative experience through therapeutic sound vibrations using instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and other meditative sound instruments.

Group sound healing sessions help:

  • Relax the nervous system
  • Reduce stress and emotional tension
  • Deepen meditative awareness

These sessions complement the online coaching program and allow participants to experience meditation in a different and immersive way.
