Building Ease, Strength & Continuity in Movement
Move & Flow is a mindful movement workshop designed to help you transition between postures with greater ease, stability, and awareness. Rather than focusing on how a pose looks, this session explores how you move - cultivating strength, control, and fluidity without rushing or compromising alignment.
Through conscious transitions, breath coordination, and intelligent pacing, the practice becomes smoother, more grounded, and sustainable—allowing movement to feel natural rather than forced.
By the end of the workshop, participants will:
Develop the ability to move safely and smoothly between asanas
Learn to maintain alignment not just in poses, but throughout transitions
Build strength and mobility essential for fluid, continuous movement
Understand how breath supports and guides movement
Identify common transition-related mistakes and learn how to correct them
Learn to adapt flows based on energy levels or physical limitations
Feel more confident, relaxed, and connected during vinyasa-style practices
Breakdown of commonly used transitions in flow-based practices
Awareness of core engagement, shoulder stability, hip mobility, and breath coordination
Learning how to pause, rest, and reset within a flow without losing continuity
Short, integrated flow sequences to apply and embody what is learned
This workshop is suitable for:
Yoga practitioners with basic experience
Students who feel breathless, rushed, or unstable during flow practices
Those looking to refine transitions and improve overall movement quality
Yoga students seeking to move with greater awareness, ease, and confidence
