Movement, Reflection & Connection

Join us for a space to unwind, slow down, and be gentle with yourself — like a quiet stream moving steadily through an ancient forest of wise, towering trees.

In the midst of our busy lives and endless to-do lists, it can be difficult to pause and listen to what our bodies and hearts truly need. This session invites you to step away from the noise and into a softer rhythm.

You will be gently guided through calming, accessible movements designed to soothe the nervous system, release held tension, and quiet the mind. These movements are simple and intuitive, allowing the body to soften and settle while creating space for breath, awareness, and ease.

Along the way, there may be space for reflection and conversation — an opportunity to explore how we show up for ourselves in our daily lives, and how the women and allies around us support, nurture, and hold space for one another. These moments of shared listening and presence can often bring unexpected clarity and connection.

We will close the session with a quiet journaling practice, offering a moment to gather your thoughts, reflect on what arose during the session, and give yourself a small act of care and connection before returning to the world outside.

This is a gentle, welcoming space where you can arrive exactly as you are.
