Conscious Conversations at Nihshreyasa

Within & Between is a mindful conversation circle for those who feel drawn to deeper, more meaningful dialogue.

In a world of constant noise and surface-level interactions, this space invites you to slow down - to reflect, listen, and engage with presence. Each session explores a single theme related to wellbeing, awareness, or conscious living. The focus is not on debate or discussion, but on how we speak and how we listen - with care, honesty, and attention.

This is not a lecture or a talk. It is a guided practice in presence through conversation.

How the Session Flows

We begin within - and then gently move between.

1. Inner Reflection: The session opens with a short guided meditation, followed by quiet journaling. This allows you to connect with your own experience of the theme before engaging with others.

2. One-on-One Conversations:  Participants are paired for mindful dialogue. One person speaks while the other listens - without interruption, advice, or judgment. Roles are then gently exchanged.

3. Group Conversation: We then come together as a circle for a shared conversation around the theme. You’ll be invited to speak from lived experience and listen with full attention.

4. Silence & Integration: The session closes with a few moments of silence or reflection, allowing insights to settle before we end.

What to Expect

This is a participatory, conversation-led experience.

You’ll be invited into reflection, one-on-one conversations, and group dialogue - supported by clear prompts and a gentle structure. You don’t need to prepare anything in advance. The emphasis is on authenticity and presence, not on performance or having the “right” words. Sharing is guided and intentional, with respect for your own boundaries and those of others.

No prior experience with meditation or group work is required.

Jerry is a Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher, a Certified Mindfulness Teacher (accredited by International Mindfulness Teachers Association), an experienced Sound Healer, and an OSHO Active Meditations Facilitator. As the founder of Nihshreyasa Holistic Wellness Studio, he is deeply committed to guiding individuals on a transformative journey toward holistic well-being, inner peace, and profound self-fulfillment.

Jerry’s path to mindfulness began during his student years in Pune, India, where a powerful introduction to mindfulness ignited a deep and lasting passion. This newfound awareness reshaped his life, not just spiritually, but also in how he approached his work and relationships. Despite a successful career leading the People Function at a fast-growing Series B startup, Jerry felt a calling he could no longer ignore. He made the courageous decision to step away from the corporate world and fully devote himself to the path of meditation, mindfulness, and healing.

His journey then took him to Bali, Goa, Rishikesh, and Nepal, where he immersed himself in the ancient, transformative practices of meditation and sound healing. It was during this time that Jerry discovered the magic of singing bowls, a serendipitous encounter that would forever change the way he connected with the world around him. This powerful tool has since become an integral part of his spiritual and healing practice.

Jerry's approach to mindfulness is enriched by a deep understanding of both ancient spiritual teachings and modern psychological science. He draws inspiration from the timeless wisdom of Vedanta, Samkhya, the Bhagavad Gita, and Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, while integrating contemporary insights into the mind and its impact on well-being. This unique combination of ancient wisdom and modern knowledge enables Jerry to offer a grounded, compassionate, and truly transformative approach to mindfulness and meditation.

At Nihshreyasa, Jerry creates a safe, nurturing space where individuals can explore the powerful practices of meditation, sound healing, and mindfulness. He leads a variety of sessions and workshops designed to help each person reconnect with their true self, cultivate balance, and experience life with greater presence, joy, and clarity.

In addition to his workshops and sessions, Jerry offers personal meditation coaching, where he shares the lessons learned from his own meditation practice to guide individuals in becoming more self-aware through meditative practices. His coaching is designed to help clients deepen their connection with themselves, gain clarity, and navigate life with greater mindfulness, presence, and authenticity.
