Preparing for Your Session
To help your body relax comfortably, we recommend arriving with a relatively light stomach. If you choose to eat beforehand, a light meal one to two hours before your session is ideal. Avoiding caffeine for several hours before and after each session may help your nervous system settle more easily. Staying well hydrated before and after each session is encouraged.
